Mike, the Baker, has always enjoyed cooking and baking. He can remember his mother used to get so mad because he made such a mess. I knew she was glad that he opened his own bakery and so was I.
When I (Mike) first began the bakery, I was really nervous because my wife quit her job and said we could make money from this business. Boy was she right!
I had such a loyal following. To this day, I still see customers and they inform me of how sad they are because we closed our doors. It has been 5 years and they still talk about us. Even though we have sold our bakery to another local farmer, the bakery will never be the same.
I know that our past customers will be so glad to know that my wife and I have not forgotten them.
